Erica Lettow

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Erica's early experience with acne sparked her passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. She and her sister, Stephanie, moved to San Diego to pursue their undergraduate studies at San Diego State University. Erica went on to complete her master's degree at Western University before practicing as a dermatologist and aesthetic medicine physician assistant in Hillcrest for six years.

For the past four years, Erica has been on an aesthetic journey, training with world-renowned injectors in aesthetic medicine and staying up-to-date on the latest procedures. She loves getting to know her patients' specific concerns and offering comprehensive assessments of their overall facial aesthetics. Erica's approach involves presenting a range of treatments that best suit your desired aesthetic goals, which allows her to use less product and do more to ensure natural, beautiful results.

As a mother of two, she understands the importance of feeling confident and beautiful in your own skin. When she's not helping patients find their glow, Erica enjoys being on the water, beach days with her family, traveling, and trying new foods.

After more than two decades of practicing medicine, Erica is so excited to combine her expertise with her sister's and establish their own med spa. She can't wait to get to know you and help you discover your most vibrant skin!

Stephanie Garbaczewski

Growing up in Los Angeles, Stephanie's journey into aesthetic medicine was inspired by a personal experience with skin cancer during her youth. The compassionate care she received from a trusted Physician Assistant inspired her to become a provider who builds strong relationships with her patients. After completing her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, Stephanie went on to earn her Master's degree at Stanford University and complete her residency at Tri-City Emergency Department.

For seven years, Stephanie dedicated her skills to the Emergency Department before shifting her focus to dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She built a solid aesthetic clientele in North County San Diego while continually training with world-renowned injectors and staying up to date on the latest innovative procedures. Stephanie's approach is all about presenting a range of options that best align with your unique facial features while using fewer products to achieve the most natural results possible.

As a mom to two amazing girls, Stephanie loves spending time outdoors, surfing, and camping with her family. At the end of the day, she shares Erica's passion for connecting with patients and helping them truly love the skin they’re in. She can't wait to meet you and learn more about your aesthetic goals soon!

Loving my experience at Niks Health Spa in Del Mar, California. Owned by the talented nurse practitioner sisters, Steph and Erica, this spa is a hidden gem. I recently tried their Skinive hyaluronic acid injectable and my skin is absolutely glowing! The facility’s ocean view, cleanliness, and relaxing ambiance make it the perfect escape.
